Quick setup note for Gmail & Outlook users
The shortcut sends emails silently in the background using your iPhone’s built-in Apple Mail client. If you normally use the Gmail or Outlook app, simply make sure your email account is also signed in under iPhone Settings → Apps → Mail → Mail Accounts. That allows iOS to dispatch the drop-box message quietly without ever popping open an email draft.

Android parents don’t even need to install a shortcut! Android has Direct Share built right into the OS:
- Create a contact in your phone called `Household CC` with your CC email address.
- When you highlight a message or open a PDF, tap Share.
- Android will automatically show Household CC right at the top of your share drawer. Tap it and hit Send!
